General Terms & Conditions

Last updated 7 July 2026

These terms apply when you book a treatment, take part in a class or a programme, or purchase a digital product from Innsaeiland. By booking or purchasing you accept the terms below.

1. About us

Innsaeiland is a somatic wellbeing brand founded by Tania Ginard in Stockholm. Contact: hello@innsaeiland.se.

2. Booking and payment

  • Bookings are made online or by email and become binding once a confirmation has been sent.
  • Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
  • Payment for digital products is made via our payment partner Stan Store. Treatments and programmes are paid as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellation or rebooking of a treatment or a class must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full fee may be charged. Full refund terms are set out in our refund policy.

4. Health and responsibility

Innsaeiland’s services — Somatic Face Release, Chakra Mapping, Energy Workout and our programmes — are somatic wellbeing and complementary methods. They do not replace medical, psychological or other care and are not intended to diagnose or treat illness. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether a service is right for you, consult your doctor first and inform us before the treatment. You always take part on your own responsibility and at your own pace.

5. Digital products

Digital guides and materials are for your personal use. They may not be copied, shared or resold. All content, branding and materials belong to Innsaeiland and are protected by copyright.

6. Limitation of liability

We always strive to maintain the highest quality, but we are not liable for indirect damages that may arise in connection with the use of our services, beyond what follows from mandatory consumer protection legislation.

7. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se, or to the EU online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
